I've always found that the front desk staff are polite and friendly. My issue is that unfortunately for many outside of the Wynyard town instead of receiving small (average paperback novel and smaller) packages that don't need to be signed for, some Australia Post delivery drivers (in cars) will instead drop off a 'pick-up your package at Australia Post' card in the letter box. While other drivers are happy to deliver these small unobtrusive parcels. I find this frustrating, and think it should be AP policy that all small packages that don't need ID & signatures should automatically be put in the rural residences post box. Most people who live outside of the main town have larger letterboxes for that very reason. However, should they not want their packages put in their letterbox, then they should be able to opt out of this service via an Australia Post shop or the Aus Post website.
